The Role 💼:

As an Issue Resolution Business Analyst III, you'll play a vital role in improving processes and systems for Centene's 28 million members. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret data to align with business objectives.
• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identifying implementation roadblocks, and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Analyze user needs, procedures, and challenges to enhance existing processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis across multiple projects, proposing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance management and operational reporting for new business processes.
• Collaborate with various business units to develop and deliver training programs.
• Share and implement organizational best practices in business applications.
• Diagnose problems and identify areas for process redesign and improvement.
• Develop and update departmental policies and procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for your assigned function, ensuring operational excellence.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of business process analysis experience (documenting processes, gathering requirements) within the healthcare industry and/or customer service or enrollment functions. Experience managing technology-dependent projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of data integration, software enhancements/planning, and Agile methodologies.
