👩💻 What You'll Do
- First-line support of IT infrastructure, security, and systems
- Respond to service requests via phone and email, adhering to client SLAs
- Process and manage service tickets, assigning them to appropriate Jolera technicians or customer-specific internal resources
- Triage, classify, and prioritize incidents
- Escalate high-priority issues using well-defined processes for timely resolution
- Monitor all IT assets and proactively respond to event and incident alerts
- Coordinate with the NOC/SOC Level II team to resolve incidents quickly
- Demonstrate understanding of network concepts such as IP addresses, routers, switches, firewalls, LAN, and WAN
- Utilize basic IP tools like ping and traceroute
- Work with internet/web-based applications
- Experience with network/server monitoring tools
- Configuration Management Tools SNMP
- Monitoring of Network Performance
- Monitoring of Security Management
- Microsoft Server expertise
- Linux expertise
- Knowledge of Windows-based products
🎯 What We're Looking For
- A+ Certification (preferred)
- NET/Sec+ Certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in computer network management (required)
- Experience managing end client networks (preferred)
