About the Role:

As an IT Systems & Operations Specialist, you'll be based at our headquarters in Maia, Portugal. You'll be responsible for ensuring our systems are running smoothly and providing users with the support they need.

What You'll Do:

• Provide user support and equipment maintenance across all our offices.
• Maintain the ongoing performance of our IT systems.
• Respond to incidents and provide infrastructure support.
• Document new IT system problems and solutions in our knowledge base.
• Troubleshoot general IT issues like internet, network, printing, and performance.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in helpdesk support.
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with users and colleagues.
• Highly self-motivated, patient, proactive, and dedicated to your work.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with monitoring tools.
• Basic IP network knowledge.
