We're searching for a skilled IT Learning Manager to guide our employees through the ins and outs of various IT applications and systems. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys collaborating across borders. 🎯 What You'll Do:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs for employees, from start to finish. This includes planning, deployment, and reporting to management.
- Craft and adapt learning materials in English – think manuals, presentations, and flyers.
- Translate and localize learning content from English to German.
- Organize and run virtual learning events (masterclasses, webinars, Q&As) on Microsoft Teams. You'll handle task planning, resource management, and tracking progress.
- Provide non-technical training and support to help employees master new apps and technologies.
- Gather feedback to improve learning experiences and refine training materials.
- Monitor and assess learner progress using surveys, questionnaires, and discussions.
- Work with global teams to implement best practices and stay ahead of the curve in IT learning.
- Respond to training requests and ensure everyone's happy with the service.
💪 What We're Looking For:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional PowerPoint presentation design skills.
- Native-level fluency in German and English – you'll be presenting, writing, and translating.
- 1-3 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional design.
- A solid grasp of and enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 apps.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and manage your time effectively.
- Passion for technology and the ability to explain technical details in a way everyone understands.
- Strong collaboration skills – you'll be working with a global, multicultural team.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of IT users.
