IT Learning Manager (German Speaker)

We're searching for a skilled IT Learning Manager to guide our employees through the ins and outs of various IT applications and systems. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys collaborating across borders. 🎯 What You'll Do:

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs for employees, from start to finish. This includes planning, deployment, and reporting to management.
• Craft and adapt learning materials in English – think manuals, presentations, and flyers.
• Translate and localize learning content from English to German.
• Organize and run virtual learning events (masterclasses, webinars, Q&As) on Microsoft Teams. You'll handle task planning, resource management, and tracking progress.
• Provide non-technical training and support to help employees master new apps and technologies.
• Gather feedback to improve learning experiences and refine training materials.
• Monitor and assess learner progress using surveys, questionnaires, and discussions.
• Work with global teams to implement best practices and stay ahead of the curve in IT learning.
• Respond to training requests and ensure everyone's happy with the service.

💪 What We're Looking For:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation design skills.
• Native-level fluency in German and English – you'll be presenting, writing, and translating.
• 1-3 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional design.
• A solid grasp of and enthusiasm for Microsoft 365 apps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and manage your time effectively.
• Passion for technology and the ability to explain technical details in a way everyone understands.
• Strong collaboration skills – you'll be working with a global, multicultural team.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of IT users.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
