🚀 About the Role:

We're expanding our IT team and searching for an IT Manager in Athens! You'll oversee our IT infrastructure, lead a team of System Administrators, and ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and meet the demands of our cybersecurity environment. This role is key to maintaining our commitment to robust and cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of our entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and end-user devices).
• Guarantee compliance with all cybersecurity and data privacy regulations, collaborating closely with management and the CISO.
• Develop and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for optimal performance and security.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of System Administrators, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, managing incident response to minimize downtime and data risk.
• Contribute to daily IT operations, including the internal help desk, supporting remote users and enhancing employee satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the annual IT budget, forecasting future technology needs, and planning upgrades.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all systems and processes, generating regular performance reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration (including endpoint management, networking equipment, VMs, and servers); Linux administration background; knowledge of Python and Bash; strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks (e.g., OWASP); experience with compliance and certification processes (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR); strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication and collaboration abilities; proactive and self-motivated approach; keen attention to detail; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work from our Athens office.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be a plus.
