The Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand, the first person customers connect with. You'll be helping customers across all our digital platforms, answering questions about products, fixing delivery issues, and resolving any account problems. You'll also need to keep track of every interaction you have.
What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for customers as a Customer Support Advisor.
- Give friendly and professional support through our digital platforms.
- Share detailed information about our products and help close sales when you're interacting with customers.
- Take care of any delivery questions customers might have, like order tracking and solving any problems that come up.
- Solve any account management problems and fix any issues customers might have with our software.
- Give customers accurate and timely answers to their questions.
- Keep detailed records of every customer interaction and the actions you take.
What We're Looking For
- Native Italian speaker
- English proficiency (B2/C1)
- EU Citizenship or a Portuguese Residency Card
