Join our Italian Customer Support team for Porsche and help deliver exceptional customer service.

βš™οΈ What You'll Do

  • Provide inbound technical support and advice on Smart Mobility and E-Performance Services for customers and dealers (account administration, registration issues, charging networks, parking services, Porsche Drive, etc.).
  • Handle cross-sales, such as clarifying contract questions and extending subscriptions.
  • Provide outbound support related to Smart Mobility and e-Performance Services.
  • Monitor, manage, and escalate open cases.
  • Process response cards, manage opt-ins and opt-outs.
  • Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
  • Create excellent customer experiences.
  • Follow management direction and provide feedback.

πŸ”Ž What We're Looking For

  • Native Italian speaker.
  • Advanced English skills (at least C1) in both speaking and writing.
  • No employment termination due to just cause in your work history.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle IT systems securely.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and strong writing abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for automotive topics and digital technologies.
  • Ability to make empowered business decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns creatively.
  • Proficient documentation and note-taking abilities.
  • Understanding of policy, procedures, and warranty coverage.
  • Familiarity with the geography of relevant markets, including identifying regions and provinces.
  • High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work.
  • Must be an EU citizen or have a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Must be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

πŸ† Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the customer service/call center industry.
  • 1 year of experience in technical areas, automotive OEM customer service, or 3 years in premium customer service with a focus on technical/automotive topics.
  • Experience with luxury brands and CRM systems.
