🗣️ The Role: Japanese Customer Advisor
Join our Japanese Customer Advisor team and become a crucial part of providing exceptional support. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Providing first contact solutions to customer inquiries.
- Offering specialized customer support via written and phone communication.
- Building strong relationships with customers, answering their questions in a friendly and professional way.
- Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Creating amazing customer experiences that our clients value.
- Following the direction of management and providing feedback.
🔎 What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Native or proficient level of Japanese (C2).
- Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- A desire to learn and grow, with a curious and problem-solving mindset.
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (onsite work).
