👨‍💻 The Role

We're searching for a skilled Java Developer Lead to join our team.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Experience:
  • Java Backend Development (Java >= 8): 5+ years (Senior profiles) or 8+ years (Lead profiles)
  • RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL): Proven experience
  • Spring/Spring Boot: Solid experience
  • JPA and Hibernate: Strong understanding
  • Application Architecture (Microservices-based architecture, hexagonal): Knowledge of principles
  • CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and delivery
  • English Proficiency: At least B2 level
• Must-Haves:
  • Mentorship: Ability to guide and support junior team members
  • Technical Support: Proven experience in providing technical support to team members

Nice-to-Haves

• Java Frontend (Angular or other UI framework): Experience is a plus
• AWS or other cloud platform: Knowledge is beneficial
• Problem-Solving & Logic: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Growth Mindset: Passion for learning and enhancing development skills
• Agile Experience: Experience with Agile environments and Scrum methodologies
• Teamwork: Collaborative, independent, and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
