🎯 Mission of the Role

Become a key member of our Finance Shared Services team as an Accounts Payable Analyst.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the accuracy of supplier codes.
• Manage supplier relations (Electpt).
• Execute weekly payment runs and handle ad-hoc payments.
• Support, monitor, and help develop Flexicapture.
• Allocate supplier payments.
• Handle ledger and sub-ledger clearings.
• Perform accounts reconciliations.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Assist in resolving IT issues related to E-Invoicing, Flexicapture, VCash, VIPeR, and QAD.

🏆 Key Year One Goals

• Gain a solid understanding of all Visteon systems and applications used in the AP team and process.

👩‍🎓 What We're Looking For

• Education: A degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Language: English fluency is a must.
• Other: A confident, communicative individual who works well in a team.

You'll report directly to the team leader within the AP team.
