Your Role ⚖️


As Junior Counsel, you'll provide essential legal advice and support to our members in the EOR industry. Reporting to the Head of International Employment, you'll boost our reputation as an expert EOR provider. You'll support the legal strategy for our EOR product, collaborating with various teams (operations, expansion, product, customer success, sales).


Responsibilities:


  • Providing high-quality, up-to-date legal advice on employment law.
  • Creating legal articles and FAQs for clients and prospects.
  • Advising on employment compliance and disputes.
  • Offering employment legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Product team on new EOR solutions.
  • Supporting the Sales team with complex employment/contractual client requests.
  • Supporting the HR team with complex employment requests from clients or employees.

What We're Looking For:


  • Essential: Qualified legal practitioner.
  • Essential: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Desired (but not essential): Post-qualification experience in international employment law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (internal & external).
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex problems and relationships.
  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; thorough, accurate, organized, and productive.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
