The Role 🧑‍💻

Join our Quality Assurance team in our Lisbon R&D office! You'll be working alongside experienced QA professionals on Veeam products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing of Veeam products and services.
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate secure development practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of security within Veeam products.
• Performing threat modeling and design reviews for new and existing products.
• Conducting manual source code security audits.
• Utilizing automated application-analysis tools.

What We're Looking For 💪

• Ability to read source code in languages like C/C++/C#/JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of secure software development principles.
• Enthusiasm for growth in application security.
• Analytical skills, clear logic, and a flexible mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Bonus Points ⭐

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, etc.).
• Knowledge of modern cryptographic algorithms.
• Experience with DAST and SAST tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Kali Linux tools).
• Security certifications (OSCP, CEH, CSSLP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CTF, HackTheBox, or bug bounty hunting experience.
