Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in legal markets.
  • Research potential clients and competitors.
    Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborating with internal teams to secure new legal contracts.
  • Analyze legal industry trends to identify revenue streams.
    Proposal Submissions:
  • Lead the submission of RFPs and proposals, working closely with the legal and operations teams.
    Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing contracts.
    Team Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with the product development teams and marketing teams to tailor our services to meet specific needs ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.
    Industry Networking:
  • Attend legal conferences, events, and forums to network and promote Verbit services.
  • Keep in line with industry trends and innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business, Law Firms, or related field sales with a strong focus on legal or professional services industry processes and regulations.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven success in securing contracts and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence the appropriate stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • A network of contacts within the legal industry is a plus.

Salary

  • $80,000 base plus commission.
