Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in legal markets.
- Research potential clients and competitors.
Sales Strategy: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, collaborating with internal teams to secure new legal contracts.
- Analyze legal industry trends to identify revenue streams.
Proposal Submissions: - Lead the submission of RFPs and proposals, working closely with the legal and operations teams.
Revenue Growth: - Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing contracts.
Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with the product development teams and marketing teams to tailor our services to meet specific needs ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Industry Networking: - Attend legal conferences, events, and forums to network and promote Verbit services.
- Keep in line with industry trends and innovations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business, Law Firms, or related field sales with a strong focus on legal or professional services industry processes and regulations.
- Sales Track Record: Proven success in securing contracts and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Communications, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence the appropriate stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- A network of contacts within the legal industry is a plus.
Salary
- $80,000 base plus commission.
