💼 The Role: Licensed Mental Health Counselor

This is a remote position offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, teens, and families. You will provide compassionate care and support to individuals dealing with trauma and abuse.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services.
• Assess and treat emotional and behavioral issues.
• Collaborate with family members and support systems on treatment and discharge planning.
• Communicate patient progress, concerns, and potential issues to physicians.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical and progress notes.
• Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments.

💪 Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling from an accredited program.
• Current license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to practice in your state of residence.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and related technology.
