• Competitive Pay: $80-$85/hour (Oregon residents in OR receive $85; Oregon residents outside OR receive $80; CA: $70; TX: $65). $30/hour for training and meetings.

What You'll Do 📝

• Build positive relationships with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct regular patient meetings, providing counseling and adjusting treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan community outreach and referrals.

What You'll Need 💪

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Full, unencumbered license (based on office location). Associate/intern-level therapists are not currently being considered.
• 2+ years' experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Ability to maintain professional licensure.
• Teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
