What We’re Looking For

If you have:

• Life insurance sales experience (required).
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High energy and motivation to succeed.
• Coachability and a desire to grow.
• Strong computer and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) navigation skills.
• The ability to do well in a fast-moving, goal-driven setting.

As a Life Insurance Account Executive, You Will

• Work 100% remotely, connecting with clients using virtual meetings, phone, and email.
• Teach clients about life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life policies.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to suggest custom life insurance solutions.
• Build and keep up relationships with clients and referral partners in real estate, title, and mortgage.
• Use phone, email, social media, and virtual networking to drive new business.
• Present quotes and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
• Use multiple systems including CRM, quoting tools, and carrier platforms.
• Meet and go over monthly production goals.

Your Background Includes

• 3 to 5 years of life insurance sales experience.
• Active Life and Health Insurance License.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Property and Casualty (P&C) license and experience (preferred but not required).
• A passion for helping people protect their families and financial futures.
• The ability to learn and adjust to new technologies and tools.
