InterVarsity Link, connected to the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), partners with student ministries worldwide. We're searching for passionate individuals to serve students overseas! This is a full-time, remote position.

The Role
This key role supports InterVarsity/USA's partnership with IFES. You'll be placed in a national IFES movement or region to build or strengthen student ministries. Your work will be guided by your IFES supervisor.
What You'll Do:
🌱Spiritual Growth:
- Cultivate a strong relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
- Grow in self-awareness and relational skills.
- Live according to biblical standards.
- Engage in ministry through teaching, discipleship, and leading worship.
👨👩👧👦Ministry Leadership:
- Develop language and cultural skills.
- Lead student groups in evangelism, Bible study, and service.
- Mentor student leaders.
- Plant or develop ministries on campuses.
- Organize events and retreats.
- Contribute to ministry planning at local, national, and regional levels.
- Enhance ministry skills during field work and home assignments.
💼Administration:
- Adhere to InterVarsity policies and procedures.
- Manage finances and submit reports.
🤝Fund Development & Public Relations:
- Secure personal financial and prayer support.
- Maintain donor relationships.
- Share your ministry vision with various groups.
- Communicate regularly with your Link Staff Coordinator and supporters.
What We're Looking For:
- Commitment to InterVarsity's Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct. Alignment with InterVarsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper.
- A clear calling to cross-cultural student ministry.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior campus ministry experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated pastoral gifts and cross-cultural skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to live and work overseas for 2-3 years.
- US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the USA.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $25,088 - $46,776/year (funded through personal fundraising). The actual salary depends on your ability to secure funding.
