The Role 💼

• Run your own remote loan origination business under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella, operating on a profit & loss (P&L) basis.
• Enjoy uncapped commission potential.
• Work with a diverse range of loan products to suit various borrower needs.
• Build your own team of Loan Officers or operate as an individual contributor.
• Leverage our existing licenses in 28 states (and growing!).
• Receive comprehensive administrative, operational, and compliance support from corporate headquarters.

What We're Looking For 🤔

• Proven Success: A demonstrable history of building and maintaining referral relationships with realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and other key partners.
• Client Focus: Experience managing a database of past clients for effective marketing and relationship nurturing.
• High-Performance: A track record of closing at least 3-5 loan units per month.
• Essential Skills: Active NMLS/MLO license, strong knowledge of lending regulations and best practices, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, a sales-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
