🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage your loan business remotely on a P&L basis.
• Utilize a wide range of loan products for all borrower types.
• Build your own team of Loan Officers or work independently.
• Leverage our licensing in 28 states (and growing).
• Receive administrative, operational, and compliance support from our corporate team.

✅ What We're Looking For

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Proven success in developing referral partnerships with realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Experience maintaining a client database for marketing.
• A track record of closing at least 3-5 loans per month.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to assess complex financial information.
• A sales-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
