Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce impactful data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Manage data at rest and in motion, implementing governance controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven business opportunities.
- Communicate complex data insights and analysis needs to technical and functional stakeholders.
- Assist in building MLops workflows and models for predictive modeling and analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning best practices, algorithms, and domains.
- Experience in TensorFlow or SageMaker.
- Experience in building end-to-end ML infrastructure and productionizing ML models.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Nice to Have:
- Self-motivated and organized, with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a distributed organization.
- Hands-on experience in data engineering technologies (Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes, Redshift/Snowflake).
- SaaS industry experience.
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
