The Query Team 🚀

Our Query Team is at the heart of our search and autosuggest features. We build and improve advanced query processing techniques (like autocomplete and natural language processing) to understand user needs and drive conversions. Our systems handle massive traffic, so your work will directly affect millions of users.

The Role ⚙️

As an ML Engineer, you'll be working on high-traffic systems, researching and developing cutting-edge ML models, and ensuring their performance, scalability, and reliability. You will:

• Improve key business metrics by creating ML solutions for query processing.
• Manage the entire development process: design, develop, iterate, and deploy solutions to production while maintaining system stability, performance, and scalability.
• Analyze user data and behavior to form and test hypotheses.
• Develop and maintain search & autosuggest quality assessment pipelines.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• Experience with high-traffic, high-availability services.
• Familiarity with NLP and Machine Learning techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with big data stacks for end-to-end ML product development.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their trade-offs.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to different technology stacks.
