What You'll Do

  • Develop strong working partnerships with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers.
  • Collaborate with senior Commercial Bank relationship teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Self-source referrals and leads, leveraging Fiserv assets and resources.
  • Drive execution of departmental sales and revenue objectives, including pricing and profitability guidelines.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of sales experience with demonstrated results.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Payments industry knowledge and business acumen.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with key C-level decision makers.
  • Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in achieving sales and revenue goals.
  • Minimum 40% travel.
