The Role 🎯

As a Manager, Technology Implementation, you'll be a key player in driving successful technology projects. This role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, and onsite options.

What You'll Do 🛠️

• Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and conduct risk assessments.
• Implementation Management: Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, monitor project progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance, stay updated on emerging technologies, and leverage your strong understanding of software, hardware, networking, and security.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Develop and implement testing strategies, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and address issues identified during testing.
• Ongoing Management & Support: Establish processes for ongoing management, monitor system performance, and provide user training and support.

What We're Looking For 👍

• Qualifications: Strong understanding of project management methodologies; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple projects; experience with cross-functional teams and vendors; technical proficiency in relevant technologies.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in technology implementation and integration.
