Job Overview

  • Taktical’s Media Buyers have an important role in our digital marketing work.
  • This position is responsible for the planned buying of advertising space to get the best results for our clients.
  • This job needs a deep understanding of media planning, careful budget handling, and buying across different digital marketing channels.

Detailed Responsibilities

Media Strategy and Planning

  • Work with the Account Manager, clients, and creative teams to understand client goals and who they are trying to reach.
  • Develop full media plans that match client goals and budgets.
  • Use market research and data to guide media buying choices.

Digital Media Buying

  • Carry out media buys across different online channels, including social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
  • Build and keep up relationships with digital media sellers to stay informed about advertising chances.

Budget Management

  • Handle client budgets for digital media buying, making sure expenses are put to use efficiently and tracked.
  • Give clients budget updates and suggest changes when necessary.

Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the putting into action and running of digital media campaigns, including ad placement and scheduling.
  • Make sure campaigns are delivered on time and within the set limits.
  • Constantly watch campaign results and adjust plans for better performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Examine how well digital media campaigns are working using key measurements and data analysis.
  • Prepare and give regular reports to clients, offering useful ideas and suggestions for making campaigns better.
  • Find patterns and areas for improvement in digital media buying plans.

Hiring Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or have work experience that is the same).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a focus on Media Buying.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Professional client service and communication skills.
  • Skill in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with client retention and growth plans is a plus.
