About the Role
Join our team as an Inhouse Media Campaign Planner and become a key player in shaping the future of media strategy for Spain. We're looking for a creative and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative media plans, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful campaign delivery to support our business objectives. While Spain is the primary market, you'll also contribute to campaigns in two additional markets, offering broader exposure within a dynamic international context. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in media planning through diverse projects, helping you deepen your expertise in the field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Lead Media Planner to develop comprehensive media plans for Spain.
- Identify appropriate media channels, including digital, print, television, audio, and OOH, based on campaign objectives and budget constraints.
- Create and maintain media schedules, ensuring accurate and timely placement of advertisements across selected media channels.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on adapted planning to meet the market needs.
- Monitor media campaigns and provide regular performance reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
- Track and monitor creatives living in the market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new media platforms, and advertising technologies to contribute innovative ideas to media planning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, product, creative, account management, and performance, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, evaluating the success of media campaigns against predefined KPIs and providing insights for future planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (internships excluded).
- Perfectly fluent in English.
- Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of different media channels and their advantages, disadvantages, and audience reach.
- A passion for advertising, media, and marketing trends, with a curiosity to explore emerging technologies and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish language proficiency.
