How You’ll Make an Impact:

At WellQor, you'll empower clients to overcome mental health challenges, build stronger relationships, and thrive. You'll be part of a care-team model, collaborating with colleagues and a Clinical Director for support, guidance, and professional development.

What You'll Do:

• 🤝 Develop meaningful relationships with patients through telehealth.
• 🗓️ Set your own availability and schedule, balancing work and personal life. Part-time and full-time options available.
• 👩‍⚕️ Consult regularly with your clinical director and team for support and feedback.
• 💻 Connect with therapists nationwide via our Clinician Connect platform.
• 🙌 Let WellQor handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, and administrative tasks.
• 🎉 Participate in company events and access CEU sponsorship opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 🧑‍⚕️ LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP, or equivalent license for independent practice.
• 💻 Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• 📱 Comfort using technology in daily work.
• 🌱 A willingness to learn and grow.
• 🤗 A friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor.

Compensation Details:

WellQor therapists are paid competitively by the billable hour, with the flexibility to choose their caseload. Hourly rates vary based on license level, experience, and caseload.
