The Role 💼

We're searching for a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic Research & Development Team. We're involved in building and supporting a diverse range of projects with varying complexity – from browser extensions and client portals to full-fledged capital markets trading applications.

What You'll Do 🛠️

• Collaborate effectively as a team member, recognizing the value of teamwork.
• Actively participate in daily meetings, conduct code reviews, and adhere to company standards.
• Take ownership of codebases and tasks, ensuring completion.
• Develop high-quality, performant browser applications (and potentially server-side rendering with NextJS).

What We're Looking For 🔎

Must-have Skills:

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in HTML and CSS, including advanced practices like semantic HTML and web accessibility.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries or preprocessors (e.g., Styled Components, SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Reactive Programming (RxJS / Observable pattern).
• Experience with server-side rendering (NextJS).
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing (Jest / Cypress / Playwright).
• Knowledge of web performance analysis (DevTools profiling / Lighthouse Web Vitals).
• Understanding of Functional Programming (fp-ts library / lodash / Algebraic Data Types).
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
