Responsibilities
- Proactively find and support migration chances from our existing Sage 100/300 client base.
- Generate new customer chances within the assigned local area.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial talk to closing the deal for Sage Intacct Construction and related marketplace products.
- Drive sales talks with the right people to make sure they are ready for digital change.
- Keep strong partnerships with Service Account Managers and use the set referral program.
- Develop strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market.
- Build relationships with people who influence the industry, CPAs, and technology partners.
- Accurately manage the pipeline, predict sales, and record activities using Salesforce CRM.
- Reach and go beyond assigned monthly and quarterly sales and activity goals.
- Work with leaders to make sure plans match the company's growth goals and expected quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, or a related field, or similar work experience.
- 4 plus years of ERP or SaaS sales experience, preferably in construction technology.
- Experience with Sage 100/300, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP solutions is strongly preferred.
- Skilled in using Salesforce CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent skills in writing and speaking, managing time, and organizing.
- Ability to do well in a changing, competitive sales setting where priorities can shift.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a history of meeting and beating sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel sometimes for client meetings, events, and team work.

About the Role
The Migration Account Executive (MAE) is a sales role focused on bringing in new customers by driving the digital change of our current client base. This special AE role focuses on moving existing Sage 100/300 customers to Sage Intacct Construction while also finding new customers in the local area. By getting good at the client migration process and staying focused, the MAE helps us stay ahead of competitors and keep up past performance in Intacct sales. This is a quota-carrying AE job that fits with our current AE setup but adds the specific focus of legacy migrations. This position reports to the Account Executive Sales Leader and is mostly remote.
