🚀 We are looking for a passionate and experienced Paper Mill Sales Manager to join our team in Portugal!
What you'll do:
- 🎯 Drive top-line growth in the Portuguese market
- 💪 Improve customer satisfaction and increase market share
- 🤝 Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
- 💡 Promote Valmet's offering and solutions, focusing on agreement-based business
- 📈 Identify and convert customer needs into sales and development projects
- 🤝 Guide mill teams towards bundling and value-adding solutions
- 📊 Keep up to date with market changes and competitor activities
- 💰 Handle receivables follow-up
What we're looking for:
- 🎓 University degree in Engineering
- 💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in the paper business sector, preferably in a production and/or maintenance managerial role
- 👨💼 Experience leading teams
- 🗣️ Fluency in English, written and spoken
- 💻 Good command of common IT tools
- 💪 Hunting and team working spirit
- 🤝 Strong customer and results orientation
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills and proactiveness
- 📈 Good potential for growth
- ✈️ Willingness to travel

- This position could be located in any of our Valmet offices in Portugal.
