The Role:

This is a 100% remote, freelance interpreting position. You'll provide over-the-phone interpretation services, primarily in the medical field, but also across insurance, finance, utilities, customer service, and state courts. You set your own schedule, working when clients need you via our online portal or landline.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and professional telephonic interpretation services between Arabic (Moroccan dialect) and English.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.
• Utilize CLI's online portal or landline to manage your schedule and accept assignments.
• Meet all legal requirements for working in the United States.

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States (SSN or EIN & Photo ID required).
• Residency in the United States (excluding New York and California).
• Successful completion of CLI's Language Assessment.
• Prior interpreting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Payment is per minute of interpreting time.
• Payments are issued twice monthly (15th and end of month) via direct deposit or check.
