Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. This role involves traveling to various clinics and medical centers in Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will be responsible for operating MRI machines, creating diagnostic images, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
📍 Location: Various clinics and medical centers in Tomah, Bloomer, Prairie du Chien, Chippewa, and Osseo, Wisconsin, and Cannon Falls, Bigfork, and Lake City, Minnesota.
📅 Work Arrangement: Full-time, Road Warrior position with travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Operate magnetic resonance imaging machines to create diagnostic images.
- Document patient health histories and prepare patients for scans.
- Keep patients relaxed and comfortable during procedures.
- Follow physician orders and protocols, administering prescribed medications.
- Use knowledge of imaging techniques and cross-sectional anatomy to create high-quality images.
- Transfer and verify images and patient information.
- Comply with safety and quality procedures, including reporting hazards and participating in safety processes.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience or training.
- PC proficiency to access job-related websites and use Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions in stressful situations.
- Superb bedside manner and ability to work with diverse personalities.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Testing
- ARRT certification.
- CPR certification.
- Mandatory education completion.
- Hepatitis B and TB testing.
- Advanced certification in modality must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
💪 Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to push and pull wheelchairs.
- Ability to carry and lift, including moving non-ambulatory patients.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
