About the Role

What You'll Do

• 🕵️‍♀️ Dive into network issues, troubleshoot them, and find the best solutions.
• 🚨 Be quick on your feet when network monitoring tools send alerts.
• ⚙️ Carry out network changes with precision, following established procedures.
• ⏱️ Prioritize tasks based on service level agreements (SLAs).
• 🆘 Recognize potential service problems, own them, and escalate when needed.
• 💡 Collaborate with the team to improve services and processes.

What We're Looking For

• 💼 Experience in a network and security support role.
• 💻 Hands-on experience with system and network infrastructure, including LAN and WAN technologies.
• 🧠 Solid understanding of Network Protocols like TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, and Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP).
• 🛠️ Troubleshooting experience with Juniper and Cisco equipment (a plus!).
• 📈 Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Nagios, and/or LibreNMS.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
• 🤝 Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively as part of a team.
• ⏰ Availability to work in shifts (24/7).
• 🌎 Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
