As a Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while significantly growing your career. We're looking for energetic, collaborative individuals who excel at customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with mortgage brokers.
What You'll Do:
- Prospecting & Relationship Building:
- Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to cultivate a robust client base.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing mortgage brokers.
- Partner with brokers and loan officers to create effective marketing strategies.
- Sales Management:
- Maintain sales contacts, pipeline, and activity reports using our CRM.
- Pre-underwrite and pre-qualify loan files to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Training & Support:
- Train brokers on company products, policies, and procedures to ensure compliant loan files.
- Provide ongoing support and keep brokers updated on underwriting guidelines and program changes.
- Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events (trade shows, seminars) to stay current on trends and network.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years Non-QM experience OR 5 years in mortgage lending. A strong, active book of business is highly preferred.
- Performance: Proven track record with current monthly funding exceeding $2 million.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to structure complex loans with brokers; deep understanding of Non-QM programs (Bank Statement Loans, DSCR, ITIN, Foreign National, P&L only). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compensation & Benefits: 💰
- Salary: Base salary + commission; potential earnings from $100,000 to $500,000 annually.
