The Role πŸ”§

Your contribution to something big:

  • Respond to all calls, emails, and regular requests for first-level technical support.
  • Analyze technical problems with cars and/or light goods vehicles (LGV) and/or heavy goods vehicles (HGV) of all brands and provide technical assistance to customers through all available communication channels.
  • Achieve a first-level resolution rate of 50% after 6 months and 70% after 12 months.
  • Adhere to defined work instructions and escalation procedures for all possible incident types.
  • Keep track of all incidents in our internal incident management system.
  • Communicate with other Bosch locations, departments, and colleagues involved in the support processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of FAQs and the knowledge database.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth flow of information.
  • Be flexible to work in the office and/or remotely as needed.

What We're Looking For πŸ”Ž

Qualifications:

  • Education:Β Completed vocational training as a master mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician (mechanics and/or electronics), automotive service technician, or a comparable certificate.
  • Experience:Β At least 1-3 years of experience working in workshops with cars and/or LGV/HGV.
  • Languages:
    • Norwegian:Β Oral and written communication skills at a C1 level (minimum) are required.
    • English:Β Oral and written communication skills at a B2 level (minimum) are required.
    • Other European languages are a bonus.
  • A team player who is 100% focused on service and solutions.
  • Strong methodical troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic familiarity with IT systems is beneficial.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:Β Customer-centric approach, professional communication, and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
