Office Manager - Jack/Jane of All Trades

Small but growing home improvement company is looking for a highly organized "Jack/Jane of all trades" to manage the day-to-day activities of the office. Do you love to multi-task, think on your feet, and are open to learning? Then this might be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do:

• Support the business owner: Schedule meetings, answer emails, return phone calls.
• Liasson with our bookkeeper: Manage payables - vendors, sub-contractors, etc.
• Job/Project Management: Order and track vendor purchases, schedule with clients, report on job status weekly, ensure jobs are moving efficiently.
• Administrative: Keep insurances updated, ensure sub-contractors insurance info is updated, arrange travel, maintain files and database.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Support our sales and operations teams.
• Marketing: Send surveys and gifts to clients, monitor social media messages and reviews.
