The Role:

As an Online Instructor, you'll provide virtual instruction from your home computer, setting your own availability and hourly rate. We'll match you with students based on your subject expertise and availability. You'll make learning fun and interactive, adapting to student needs and questions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging 1:1 or group online tutoring sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles and needs.
• Create interactive learning experiences based on student-led questions and discussions.
• Maintain consistent communication with students and parents/guardians (as needed).
• Complete any required background checks.

Requirements:

• Must-haves: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Highly Preferred: Prior tutoring or teaching experience; experience with special education, accommodations, and students with learning disabilities.
• Ability to create fun and interactive learning environments.
