Order Operations Specialist

What You'll Do

• Review and process incoming sales orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Invoice approved orders and complete vendor forms, including online vendor system submissions.
• Manage company accounts receivable (A/R), adhering to credit check policies and making collection inquiries.
• Perform credit checks for new customers and vendors.
• Calculate subscription renewals, including co-terming and quotes. Collaborate with salespeople to generate renewal quotes.
• Create and review deferred revenue calculations for monthly close.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting for monthly commission calculations.
• Interface with sales operations to maintain accurate subscription entitlements within Salesforce.
• Opportunity for involvement in sales and revenue reporting as time allows.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in accounts receivable (A/R) or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
