🎯 The Role:

This freelance position supports our Paid Media team. As an individual contributor, you'll build and optimize campaigns across various media channels, managing day-to-day delivery and client strategy. You'll need technical skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to deliver impactful, innovative results. This is a 2-month contract (5-10 hours/week), with potential extension.

What You'll Do:

• 🛠️ Build campaigns across multiple paid media platforms, collaborating with client teams and account managers.
• 📈 Optimize paid media campaigns to meet client goals.
• 📊 Report weekly on campaign results against customer objectives.
• 💡 Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and share best practices.
• ⚙️ Ensure accurate implementation of paid media work.
• 🎯 Manage the day-to-day delivery of paid media activities.
• 📚 Understand and explain best practices for paid media platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• 💼 Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Advertising.
• 💻 Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, YouTube).
• 📊 Analytical Skills: Comfort with numbers and Excel; experience in performance analysis and reporting.
• ⚙️ Technical Skills: Experience with tagging and tracking implementation.
• 🗣️ Language: Advanced English.
