Paid Media Manager – Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the paid media agency
- Adjust the channel mix (Branded search versus generic search, competitor search, Pmax, social, display, etc.) for the best customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Focus on both volume and quality of leads
- Work with leaders across departments in Sales, call center management, in addition to the broader marketing team
Strategic Leadership & Agency Management
- Act as the main contact between Fairway and our paid media agency, making sure there is alignment on strategy, creative, and performance goals.
- Evaluate media plans and campaign structures for strategic fit, accuracy, and return on investment (ROI) potential.
- Drive accountability for pacing, creative quality, and performance optimization.
Hands-On Campaign Execution
- Own paid media for select brands, managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Put in place advanced testing strategies (audience segmentation, creative variations, landing page optimization) to get the most out of conversion efficiency.
- Turn information into practical improvements across bids, budgets, and creative.
Creative & Messaging Strategy
- Work with Creative and Content teams to make sure messaging connects across platforms and matches brand objectives.
- Support data-driven creative testing to find high-performing assets and inform future campaigns.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to understand performance data and find growth opportunities.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting with practical information that influences budget allocation and strategic decisions.
Process Innovation & Future-State Readiness
- Stay current with platform trends and new paid media strategies.
- Help build large-scale playbooks and operational frameworks for in-house media expansion.
- Drive continuous improvement in campaign quality assurance, reporting workflows, and agency collaboration.

- Paid media programs consistently meet or exceed cost per lead (CPL) and conversion targets.
- Strategic information leads to measurable improvements in lead quality and campaign ROI.
- Strong cross-department alignment speeds up time-to-market and creative effect.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in paid digital marketing (SEM, paid social, display), with a proven record of driving performance in multi-channel environments.
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with agency workflows and tracking infrastructure (UTMs, GA4, CRM).
- Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
