πΒ The Role
We're searching for a creative, proactive, and organized Partner Experience Specialist to drive revenue through digital and human engagement. This role is instrumental in building our digital-first commercial and operating model for hotel partners. You'll work closely with various stakeholders, including Commercial, Operations, and Product Management teams.
π―Β Responsibilities
- π€ Assist in defining hotel lifecycle initiatives (onboarding, growth, service, churn prevention) using automation to meet business targets.
- π― Contribute to the overall hotel experience and automation strategy.
- βοΈ Execute global service, adoption, growth, and churn prevention programs, ensuring alignment with the Digital Strategy and company goals.
- π Report, monitor, and optimize activities to ensure on-time delivery, cost-efficiency, and high ROI.
- π£οΈ Gather feedback from hotels, Sourcing, and Operations to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
- π€ Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and create synergies.
- π‘ Co-design the Digital-first CX model and automated growth/retention programs with the Sourcing area.
πͺΒ What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:
- πΌ At least 3 years' experience in a lifecycle role focused on revenue maximization, churn reduction, or cost per room night reduction.
- π» Proficiency in digital engagement platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Appcues, Landbot, and Salesforce).
- π Strong analytical skills and experience with conversion rate optimization tactics and tools.
- βοΈ Writing and copy-editing experience, with the ability to collaborate with a content team.
- π£οΈ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- π£οΈ Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
- π¨ Understanding of the B2B business environment and experience in the hotel/travel industry.
- π― Exceptional attention to detail, project management, program management, and strategy definition skills.
- π» Strong computer and organizational skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- π Highly professional work ethic and outcome-oriented approach.

- π€ Experience with AI/Generative AI tools and prompting.
- π€ Chatbot deployment experience.
- π Experience in multichannel engagement programs (email, social media, in-app, webinars, chatbot, WhatsApp, etc.).
