Responsibilities

  • Enable, expand, and further make money from an existing group of strategic partners.
  • Do market research and create strategies to find and manage new partnerships.
  • Work with partners and internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success, legal, and product) to find and carry out joint selling and marketing plans to drive revenue.
  • Set up and report on objectives for each partner relationship to the right people, both inside and outside the company.
  • Do monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and adjust forecasts.
  • Enable and engage partners by creating marketing and product assets, and through virtual and in-person meetings and training.
  • Work with marketing and product to make sure assets motivate partners and create demand.
  • Own the goals for sourced and influenced revenue, partner success, and adoption.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve results and partner involvement.
  • Regular and expected attendance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a business development or channel sales role at a SaaS company.
  • Previous experience helping to set up and grow a SaaS partnership program.
  • Knowledge of our ecosystem.
  • A record of exceeding revenue goals for several quarters in a row.
  • Experience working across different internal departments.
  • Global experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • This position requires up to 20% travel, in addition to attending all required sales conferences, events, and training sessions.

Salary

  • The base salary range for this role is $76,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
  • We also offer a full benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Location

  • Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
  • If residing within commutable distance to an office, a hybrid schedule is requested (three days in office, two days work from home).
