This 12-month internship within Nokia's People organization offers a chance to contribute to a business-driven people strategy. You'll gain hands-on experience in employee life cycle operations, global people domains, and policies. This is a hybrid role based in Amadora, Portugal.
What You'll Do:
- Manage employee care requests through our global ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Contribute to the standardization, automation, and transformation of Global Care processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users, gathering feedback to continuously improve services.
- Handle employee life cycle operations and transactions across all global people domains and policies.
What You'll Need:
- Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of HR best practices and trends.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in a third language (Spanish, French, or Italian).
