Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, design, development, and maintenance tasks for PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Financials, and PeopleSoft ELM Applications.
- Complete complex development and configuration tasks in accordance with set standards.
- Provide technical support to PSCOE application areas using various tools and technologies such as SQR, COBOL, PeopleSoft PeopleTools, Oracle/SQL, and Unix shell scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical problems.
- Develop reporting solutions leveraging Extensible Markup Language (XML) Publisher and PeopleSoft technologies.
- Support the EDI (Electronic Data Interface) process used to transmit enrollment information to various insurance carriers.
- Perform development activities related to PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM Updates.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues reported by the business.
- Perform other tasks as necessary to support the PeopleSoft applications.
- Translate requirements into technical design specifications.
- Complete development and configuration activities using Fluid objects.
- Complete complex Workflow Configurations.
- Complete development and configuration activities using the latest PeopleSoft technology tools.
- Create unit test plans to detail test conditions and expected results.
- Develop and perform unit testing using appropriate test data.
- Support integration, performance, QA testing, and work on break/fixes for identified bugs.
- Participate in peer review of development work.
- Provide research, analysis, and development support for the HRMS application.
- Design and develop complex reporting and interfaces using the latest PeopleSoft technology.
- Design and develop WorkCenters, Activity Guides, and Dashboards to meet needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with PeopleSoft applications in a technical developer or technical lead role involving large PeopleSoft implementations.
- Experience as a technical lead in PeopleSoft 9.2 applications.
- Experience in configuring workflow using Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Minimum of one project working on the latest PeopleSoft features, such as Drop Zones, Page-field Configurator, Dashboards, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids.
- Minimum of one project leading a technical team on PeopleTools 8.56 or above.
- Experience in an environment involving a broad spectrum of stakeholders leading full life cycle PeopleSoft 9.2 implementations.
- Experience in analyzing and applying PUM images.
- Experience leading development activities with PeopleSoft Fluid Objects.
- Experience in PeopleSoft support for 1-2 state systems.
