Pharmacovigilence Associate - Polish Speaking, Remote

We're Luminary Group, and we're searching for a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Associate fluent in Polish to join our fully remote team! We're passionate about ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.

What You'll Do:

• 🕵️‍♀️ Safety Monitoring: Review and assess adverse event reports and other safety data for our client's products.
• 💻 Case Processing: Handle data entry, coding, writing narratives, and quality checks for case processing.
• 🔎 Signal Detection: Participate in signal detection activities and help create signal evaluation reports.
• 🤝 Teamwork: Collaborate with various teams to guarantee timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.
• ⚙️ Process Improvement: Help develop and implement Pharmacovigilance processes and procedures.
• 🤝 Mentorship: Assist in training and guiding junior team members.
• 📚 Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on current Pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
• ✅ Compliance: Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• 📈 Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing Pharmacovigilance activities and systems.

What We're Looking For:

• 🇵🇱 Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• 👩‍💼 Experience: At least 2 years in Pharmacovigilance or a similar role.
• 🧠 Pharmacovigilance Knowledge: Solid understanding of Pharmacovigilance practices and regulations.
• 📝 Case Processing Skills: Experience with data entry, coding, and narrative writing for case processing.
• 💻 Software Proficiency: Skill in using Pharmacovigilance databases and safety reporting systems.
• 🎯 Organization: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
• 🔎 Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• 🤔 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Bonus Points:

• ➕ MedDRA & EudraVigilance: Experience with MedDRA coding and EudraVigilance is a plus.
• ➕ Multilingual: Knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
• ⏰ Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones, as needed.
