What you'll do:

  • 🔍 Analyze and optimize margins: You'll be a crucial part of the Margin Optimization team, reviewing internal performance and service improvements. Using your analytical skills, you'll identify areas for optimization and develop solutions to drive optimal margins for all dispenses.
  • 📈 Identify conversion opportunities: You'll work with the sales team to convert medications to clinically approved substitutes, enhancing profitability and minimizing patient copays.
  • 📊 Audit and ensure compliance: You'll audit previous approvals to ensure losses are appropriate and reimbursement is up-to-date. You'll also maintain compliance with state licensure regulations and governmental standards.
  • 🤝 Collaborate and communicate: You'll work closely with internal and external operational, business, and technical teams to manage activities and maximize profitability. You'll also present your findings to leadership, recommending changes and driving improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • 🎓 Bachelor's degree or equivalent pharmacy experience: You'll have a strong foundation in pharmacy principles and practices.
  • 💊 Pharmacy technician certification (preferred): This demonstrates your commitment to professional development and expertise in pharmacy operations.
  • 💪 3+ years in the pharmacy field with Infusion Pharmacy focus: You'll have a deep understanding of infusion pharmacy workflows and processes.
  • 📈 7+ years’ experience in a professional services environment (desired): Your experience in client management, analytical skills, and issue resolution will be invaluable in this role.
  • 🧠 Superior analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and PBM billing experience: You'll be able to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop solutions to optimize margins.
  • ✈️ Ability to travel up to 10%: You'll be willing to travel occasionally to meet with colleagues and stakeholders.
