💼 Responsibilities:

As a Platform Product Owner in E-commerce Logistics, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Product Backlog: You'll be responsible for managing the product backlog and features to achieve the long-term product vision for customer-facing applications, such as the CX portal, configuration tools, and tracking systems.
  • Influence and Collaboration: You will be instrumental in influencing customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities. You'll work collaboratively with BPO and FPO functions to ensure feature clarity and prioritization, mirroring the successful cross-functional teamwork model seen at Amazon.
  • Execution and Delivery: Partnering with customers, BPOs, FPOs, GPLs, and the engineering team, you'll define and clarify features, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective feature delivery.
  • Communication: You'll be the driving force behind feature discussions with various stakeholders, creating clear and concise documentation (e.g., functional specifications, business requirement documents) to support product development. Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Impact and Evaluation: You'll develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for customer-facing products. You'll utilize data-driven insights to make informed prioritization decisions and evaluate product success.

  • Gather and analyze customer insights using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that are desirable, viable, and feasible.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative product features.
  • Prioritize and scope requirements aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage and optimize the financial performance of existing products.
  • Champion product knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other product teams on cross-product initiatives.

  • Technical Proficiency: Assess engineering and customer needs, and stay informed about emerging technologies to drive the development of advanced tracking and configuration solutions.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Education: MBA or Master's degree in management, science, or engineering is preferred.
  • Experience: Typically, 2+ years of experience in digital product management, focusing on e-commerce logistics and customer-facing applications.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and collaboration skills are crucial. Experience in engaging with customers and understanding their needs. The ability to comprehend and visualize key business processes and interfaces is essential.
