We're a global business process outsourcer (BPO) specializing in customer experience, payment management, sales, and marketing services across various channels (voice, social, digital). We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in Lisbon!


The Role: 📞


As a Polish Customer Support Agent, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company. You'll assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media). You'll need to adapt your communication style to suit different platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice. You'll also handle customer escalations, documenting case information and escalating complex issues as needed.


What We're Looking For:


  • Languages: Native or near-native Polish (C1-C2) and fluent English (B2 minimum).
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork are essential.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field (tourism/travel) is a plus, but not required.
  • Visa: For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide first-tier support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Handle pre-sales inquiries and general customer questions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Adapt communication style for various channels while maintaining brand voice.
  • Manage customer escalations and document case details.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
