The Role: 📞
As a Polish Customer Support Agent, you'll be the friendly voice and face of our company. You'll assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media). You'll need to adapt your communication style to suit different platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice. You'll also handle customer escalations, documenting case information and escalating complex issues as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Languages: Native or near-native Polish (C1-C2) and fluent English (B2 minimum).

Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and teamwork are essential.

Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field (tourism/travel) is a plus, but not required.

Visa: For non-EU residents, a valid work permit is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-tier support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Handle pre-sales inquiries and general customer questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Adapt communication style for various channels while maintaining brand voice.
- Manage customer escalations and document case details.
- Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
