About the Role

You'll be the architect of innovative solutions, collaborating with various teams, including certification, technical, and external partners. You'll work closely with commercial teams to identify the best solutions for clients and actively participate in client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Design solutions that encompass a range of technologies, including:
    • Data and voice networks
    • SD-WAN
    • IP telephony/SIP Trunk
    • Cybersecurity
    • Contact Centers and video conferencing
    • Cloud Services: public cloud/private cloud/Microsoft services
    • IoT/NB IoT/LORA/BLE/MES
    • Mobile private networks and 5G
    • Big Data and data analytics
  • Conduct pre-sales assessments and financial evaluations.
  • Prepare and present solutions in internal meetings, including documentation and risk analysis.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering for Telecommunications, Systems and Computers, IT, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in designing data/voice networks with routing/switching equipment.
  • Expertise in TCP/IP, routing protocols, and WiFi.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, firewalls, and Anti-DDoS.
  • Knowledge of SIP and unified communications.
  • Experience with cloud services, Big Data, and IoT is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
