The Role: 🎉

As a Principal Customer Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in Medtronic's EMEA Diabetes business, focusing on the Nurse+ strategy. Reporting to the Senior EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, you'll work remotely (with occasional travel, <25% of the time) from a major European country.

What You'll Do: 🎯

• Drive the EMEA Nurse+ vision, strategy, and yearly objectives. You'll analyze insights, challenge the status quo, and innovate how Medtronic engages with nurses (online and offline).
• Develop product and service materials tailored to nurses' needs, collaborating with EMEA countries for implementation and adaptation.
• Identify influential nurses and lead EMEA Nurse ambassador programs. You'll work closely with nurses (e.g., focus groups) to understand their needs.
• Lead the Diabetes Educators Leaders (DEL) network and support the Field Experts Network (FEN), establishing long-term visions and objectives for both.
• Boost internal and external awareness of Nurse+ activities using various tools and platforms (internal: Engage, SharePoint, emails, meetings; external: WePartner Online, social media, emails).

What You'll Need: 💪

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, customer engagement, product management, or market development.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Positive, resilient, solution-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to identify opportunities in challenging situations.
• Ability to build relationships in a multicultural and matrix environment, working effectively with sales teams and customers.

• Fluency in a second European language.
