🚀 The Role:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering significant earning potential. High-performing sales representatives have earned over $160,000 in their first year. A Training Bonus of up to $30,000 in cash bonuses (in addition to commissions) is available during your first 120 days, based on performance.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a mentor and team to respond to inbound insurance inquiries.
• Gather client information, schedule virtual appointments, generate quotes, and present tailored solutions.
• Manage a sales cycle typically completed within 72 hours.
